Return Policy
At Glow & Ember Candle Co., we want you to love your candles as much as we loved making them. If something isn’t right with your order, we’ll do our best to make it right. Please review our return guidelines below.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unused and unburned
- In original packaging
- In the same condition as received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Because candles are consumable products, any candle that has been lit or partially burned cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used or burned candles
- Custom or personalized candles
- Clearance or seasonal sale items
- Gift cards
Damaged of Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged, broken, leaking, or otherwise defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item and packaging
We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
How to start a return
- Email us at hello@glowandember.com with your order number.
- Let us know the item(s) you would like to return and the reason.
- We will send return instructions and approval.
Please do not ship items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- We recommend using a trackable service to ensure delivery of your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing may take 5–7 business days
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange a candle for a different scent, size, or product, please reach out. Exchanges may be handled as a return followed by a new purchase depending on inventory availability.
